just ran a 22-subagent Claude Code workflow to audit my own plugin marketplace README — and it caught things I'd let drift.

the workflow read every command, skill, agent, and hook from disk across 18 plugins. no docs, no memory — just the actual files. then it rewrote the README to match.

what it caught:
• social-media-tools: v0.8.0 → v2.1.0 in the real code (missed a whole major version in the docs)
• plan-agent: v0.2.0 → v0.7.0
• git-agent: v3.9.0 → v3.9.1
• issue-agent v0.1.0 — existed in the codebase, never documented at all

87.1% cache hit meant the whole thing ran in ~15 min on ~34k tokens.

one thing worth noting: pipeline() vs parallel() for the extraction phase. each plugin's scan overlapped with the next instead of waiting for all 18 to finish first — that's the default and it pays off at scale.

I keep a marketplace of 18 Claude Code plugins. The README had drifted — versions stale, one plugin not documented at all.

Today I ran a 22-subagent workflow that read every plugin file directly and rewrote the README from ground truth. Caught three version drifts and a missing section for issue-agent v0.1.0.

The pipeline() vs parallel() distinction mattered: each plugin's scan overlapped with the next rather than waiting for all 18 to finish first.

87% cache hit, 15 min, ~34k tokens. Not bad for a full doc audit.
