issue-agent v0.2.0 just shipped a small but satisfying improvement: after creating a GitHub or GitLab issue, the browser opens to it automatically.

No more copying the URL to check what was created. The CLI confirms creation, then `gh issue view --web` (or `glab issue view --web`) fires before handing control back.

A --no-open flag opts out — useful in headless or CI environments where a browser launch would fail. The flag is stripped before argument parsing so it never bleeds into the issue title or body.

Error handling is non-fatal by design: if the browser open fails, issue creation still reports success.

Small DX polish for a command you run dozens of times a week.
