New plugin: issue-agent v0.1.0. It creates GitHub and GitLab issues from any context in your session — a bug you just encountered, a feature idea, selected code, or a summary of the session itself. Host is auto-detected from your git remote, so no manual configuration. A confirmation gate always fires before writing — no silent issue creation.

Also in this release: git-agent v3.9.1 adds automatic stash handling to branch-agent. When a tracked file conflicts on checkout, it stashes, checks out cleanly, and pops the stash after. Stash is always preserved on failure, so you never lose uncommitted work to an agent flow.
