Just shipped a new Claude Code plugin: issue-agent.

The problem: you find a bug mid-session, note a feature idea in conversation, or highlight a gnarly piece of code — and then... it becomes a mental note. issue-agent fixes that.

You can seed an issue from four sources:
→ a bug you just hit (auto-collects Node/npm versions, git log, related files)
→ a feature idea that surfaced in the conversation
→ a text selection or pasted snippet
→ anything discussed in the current session

It auto-detects your git host from the remote URL — GitHub gets gh, GitLab gets glab. It drafts a structured issue (bug report, feature request, or general), runs a duplicate check, and always shows a confirmation gate before touching the remote. One command to go from "I should track this" to a real issue.
