settings-sync backs up your Claude Code settings to a dedicated git repo and restores them on demand. Here's what stood out:

1. Full config capture: settings.json, CLAUDE.md, keybindings.json, plus your custom rules, commands, and skills directories — everything that makes your Claude Code feel like yours.
2. Restore is always interactive: before overwriting anything, it generates a file-level diff and waits for your confirmation. No silent clobbers.
3. Routine-compatible: schedule it with /schedule for hands-free daily backups. No prompts when a repo path is pre-configured in ~/.claude/settings-sync.json.

If you've ever had to rebuild a dev environment from scratch and wished you'd backed up your editor config, this is the Claude Code equivalent.
